Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products as inexpensively as possible to the continental US, [generally] through USPS.  Because they are shipped by USPS, we always make sure to package and label them REALLY well.  Extra charges may apply when shipping internationally or outside the continental US.  Thanks for understanding.

Refund Policy

Parts that are undamaged and otherwise unaltered such that their resale value is not diminished and which have been returned within 30 days of the initial purchase will be eligible for a full refund of original purchase price.  Parts that have been damaged or otherwise altered (grinding, scribing, burning, destroying, scratching excessively, etc) to inhibit their resale value will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.

If you are seeking a refund because your purchased merchandise does not function as advertised or is defective in some way (ie we totally screwed it up), we are happy to take returns and issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.  Suffice it to say that we stand by our products and have no intention of irritating you with poorly-made junk.  We want to give you a superior product that meets your expectations.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We are happy to cancel any order (free of charge) for merchandise as long as you, our wonderful customer, contacts us before we ship the product out.  Once the product is shipped, our normal return/refund policy takes over.  We thought about offering a service where we chase down the Postman, but it seemed unwise.

Parts may be returned via shipping at the buyer's expense within 30 days of purchase.  Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to verify that they meet our refund policy before any refund will be issued.

If you seek an exchange of merchandise, we are happy to work with you.  Parts that you are returning will be shipped by you, the buyer, back to us.  Once we have verified that they meet our refund policy, we will issue an invoice with the difference between returned and newly purchased merchandise.  Parts that are shipped to or back to you will be subject to our shipping policy.

Q: How do you remove the Center Breather that comes from the Valve cover? will it have to be cut?

A: The pipe on the throttle body that the vent hose attaches to can be cut off and ground flush with the throttle body. Alternatively, some people will use a slide hammer to remove the pipe from the throttle body. From the valve cover side of the vent hose, some people run the valve cover vent through a separate catch can system.
